Synchronization of Event Data

- Integration with Conference Plugin/Manual Import: The Veeva plugin can work in conjunction with a Conference Plugin or through manual import to facilitate data transfer.

- Automatic Event Creation in Veeva CRM: When a conference or event is added in the Pulse Engagement Cloud, a corresponding medical event is automatically created in Veeva CRM.

- Attendee Management: Contacts who attend the events are assigned and marked with an "attended" status within Veeva, ensuring accurate tracking of participant engagement.

Secure API Access

- Oauth Authentication: Pulse Engagement Cloud offers secure API access using OAuth authentication, ensuring the safety and privacy of data transfer between Pulse and Veeva.

Enhanced Data Management

- Storing Veeva IDs: After synchronization, all Veeva IDs are captured and stored within the Pulse platform. This feature allows for faster and more efficient data lookups in future interactions.
